Key Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathology license in Ohio is required
- CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY-SLP) candidates are welcome
- Previous experience in a school setting or working with K-12 populations preferred
- Skilled at evaluating, planning, and delivering tailored therapy services
- Clear communication and strong collaboration skills with students, families, and educational teams
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders for students across K-12
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) as part of the multidisciplinary team
- Provide direct therapy services, both individually and in groups, adaptable to different ages and abilities
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions to promote continued growth
- Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to support student needs and goals
- Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
