Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid Ohio SLP licensure (or eligibility).
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, CFY encouraged to apply.
- Experience in school-based or pediatric healthcare settings is highly desirable.
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational abilities.
- Passion for supporting children and youth with a wide range of communication needs.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in a school-based caseload.
- Develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families.
- Provide direct therapy, progress monitoring, and consultation services.
- Maintain accurate records and timely documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines.
