Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active (or eligible) state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for CFY supervision
- Previous experience with pediatric populations, preferably in schools or healthcare settings
- Solid foundation in evaluating and developing treatment plans for a wide range of speech/language disabilities
- Collaborative attitude, strong communication skills, and flexibility with both full-time and part-time schedules
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders across diverse ages and disabilities
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and provide direct SLP services in accordance with school/district guidelines
- Maintain thorough therapy documentation, progress notes, and parent/teacher communications
- Collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team, providing support and consultation to educators and families
- Contribute to an inclusive and engaging school culture focused on student success and growth
