Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Morrisonville, New York

Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Current SLP license and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP or eligible)
- Previous experience providing therapy in school settings preferred
- Deep understanding of pediatric speech, language, and communication disorders
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify communication needs and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy tailored to each student’s strengths and challenges
- Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Document sessions, monitor goals, and maintain compliance with school and state regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide training or guidance to educational staff as needed
