School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Morgantown, Indiana
Set out on a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students’ communication growth in an engaging school environment close to Morgantown, IN. Starting August 3rd, 2026 and extending through May 24, 2027, you’ll play a vital role as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), collaborating with educators and families while managing a meaningful caseload. The schedule provides flexibility—work 3-5 days per week for a total of 18-21 hours—while serving 2-3 school sites. You’ll primarily support grades 2-3, while also having the opportunity to work with other age groups.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Hold current, valid Indiana SLP licensure for servicing in a school setting
- Experience in educational speech-language pathology or strong graduate clinical placements preferred
- Comprehensive understanding of IEP processes and documentation
- Skilled communicator and collaborator with educators, students, and families
- Organized, adaptable, and attentive to diverse learning needs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and group speech and language services aligned to students’ IEPs
- Conduct thorough evaluations and re-evaluations as required
- Manage your caseload by serving as Teacher of Record (TOR) or Teacher of Service (TOS)
- Coordinate and conduct IEP meetings, collaborating across disciplines
- Maintain accurate, timely student records and progress notes
- Contribute to a nurturing and inclusive school community by fostering student engagement and communication
