Pediatric Early Childhood Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Greenfield, IN

What we’re looking for:
- Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Experience with pediatric populations, especially early childhood or elementary school settings
- Familiarity with both moderate and profound need caseloads preferred
- Flexibility to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
Key responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students’ speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families
- Provide direct therapy services to students, adapting interventions for diverse learning needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to maximize student success
- Maintain detailed progress records and participate in case management meetings
