Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active state of Oregon Speech Language Pathologist license, or eligibility/in process of obtaining licensure
- Experience or strong interest in early childhood speech and language intervention
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with evaluation, assessment, and intervention planning for children ages birth to five is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments for children referred to the EI program
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans for early childhood caseloads
- Provide itinerant speech and language therapy services across multiple sites
- Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals as part of a larger EI evaluation team
- Document progress, maintain records, and participate in team meetings and ongoing trainings
