Key Qualifications:
- Active or pending Oregon Speech Language Pathologist license
- Experience or strong interest in early intervention and early childhood populations
- Understanding of evaluation processes and collaborative service delivery
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Adaptability and comfort with an itinerant work environment
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality speech and language therapy for young learners identified through the EI program
- Conduct thorough assessments as part of a multidisciplinary evaluation team
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans tailored to students’ unique needs
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and other specialists to optimize student progress
- Travel between assigned sites to ensure impactful support for early learners across the area
