Qualifications & Experience
- Active Oregon state license as a Speech Language Pathologist or eligibility/in process for licensure
- Prior experience or strong interest in early intervention and early childhood caseloads
- Ability to work effectively on an evaluation team and in itinerant positions
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Commitment to inclusive practices and family-centered care
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations and deliver individualized therapy for early childhood students within the EI program
- Participate as a contributing member of the evaluation and multidisciplinary team
- Work across multiple settings as an itinerant SLP to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Collaborate with teachers, caregivers, and the EI team to develop and implement treatment strategies
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all state and district requirements
