Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Hold a valid Indiana SLP licensure for school-based services
- Demonstrated ability to serve school-aged populations, especially in elementary settings
- Experience with evaluation, re-evaluation, and IEP-driven therapy
- Skilled in case management, and comfortable leading IEP meetings
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
- Previous school SLP experience is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy based on students’ IEP goals
- Complete comprehensive evaluations and re-evaluations as required
- Serve as the Teacher of Record (TOR) or Teacher of Service (TOS) for assigned students
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
- Lead and participate in IEP meetings, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain thorough documentation and comply with all regulatory requirements
Your assignment will take place between August 3, 2026 and May 24, 2027, averaging 18-21 hours per week over 3-5 days per week depending on school scheduling.
