School Speech Language Pathologist - Monument, Colorado

This full-time position, offering 40 hours per week, features extensive collaboration as you’ll partner with a team of four experienced paraprofessionals available directly in the classroom.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid Colorado SLP License
- Colorado Department of Education (CDE) certification
- Experience in school-based speech-language pathology preferred
- Familiarity with affective needs and/or behavioral programs is an asset
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language needs
- Work as an integral member of a multidisciplinary team to support a specialized classroom environment
- Assess, document, and monitor student progress, adapting interventions as necessary
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals
- Provide direct student interventions while leveraging support from a dedicated team of paraprofessionals
