Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current or eligible licensure as an SLP in the state of Minnesota
- Previous experience working in an educational or pediatric setting
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and student needs
- Passion for supporting children’s communication development
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Work closely with teachers, support staff, and families to implement and monitor progress on IEP goals
- Provide both direct and consultative services across PreK-6th grade classrooms
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports according to school guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team conferences, and ongoing staff collaboration
- Foster a positive and encouraging environment that celebrates student growth
