School Speech Language Pathologist - Elk River, Minnesota

Desired Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Prior school-based SLP experience or strong pediatric clinical background
- Comfortable working with PreK to 6th grade populations
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and provide support both directly and through consultation with staff and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success
- Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with school and legal guidelines
- Contribute to a positive, supportive school culture and participate in team meetings as needed
