Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or eligibility; CFs may be considered
- Active or pending Minnesota SLP license
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Previous school-based SLP experience (preferred)
- Ability to work independently in a small school environment
Core Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for students in grades PreK-6
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals and related therapy plans
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students in both group and individual settings
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational specialists to support student success
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and participate in IEP meetings
- Foster an inclusive and encouraging environment to help all students achieve their communication goals
