Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist for public schools
- Experience working with PreK–6th grade populations, preferably in a school setting
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Commitment to building relationships with students, caregivers, and school staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students in PreK through 6th grade
- Assess, develop, and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate regularly with teachers, staff, and families to support student goals
- Complete thorough documentation, progress reports, and maintain compliance with district and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team processes
- Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and engaging therapy environment
