Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current state licensure or eligibility for SLP licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; recent CFs are welcome to apply
- Prior experience working with pediatric populations
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of IEPs, documentation, and education-based therapy models
Responsibilities:
- Deliver individual and group therapy services to students with a range of speech and language disorders
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and track progress in alignment with school-based standards
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize each child’s success
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to IEP meetings as a valued member of a multidisciplinary team
- Provide education and resources to parents and classroom teachers
