Key Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathology license in California
- Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology
- Relevant experience working in a school environment with students from kindergarten to 6th grade
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage a caseload of up to 55 students
- Commitment to providing services in person, onsite
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy to students with speech and language needs
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of education plans
- Deliver therapy services across a five-day school week, with flexibility for part-time arrangements if needed
