Key Qualifications:
- Valid California SLP licensure (CFs welcome; SLPAs not considered for this opening)
- Two or more years of school-based SLP experience in California
- At least one year using SEIS documentation systems
- Strong organizational skills to manage high caseloads and referrals
- Experience supervising SLPAs with facilitators is highly valued
- Bilingual Spanish skills preferred, but not required
- Onsite position only
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality speech and language services to a diverse student population
- Oversee and support assigned SLPAs (if present)
- Utilize SEIS for accurate and timely documentation
- Effectively manage full-time (37.5 hours/week) caseload and referrals
- Collaborate professionally with staff and families to maximize student outcomes
