Key Qualifications:

  • Active SLP or SLP-CF credentials (onsite, not virtual)
  • 2+ years of California school-based SLP experience
  • At least 1 year of SEIS experience required
  • Previous experience supervising SLPAs with facilitator support preferred
  • Ability to manage large caseloads and high volumes of referrals
  • Bilingual Spanish highly valued, but not mandatory
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills

Position Details & Responsibilities:

  • Full-time opportunity (37.5 hours per week, full school year)
  • Serve K-12 students in a supportive team environment
  • Likely access to SLPA support staff
  • Supervise, coach, and collaborate with SLPAs/facilitators as needed
  • Conduct assessments and contribute to IEP meetings
  • Develop treatment plans and deliver individualized therapy
  • Ensure compliance with district requirements
