Qualifications and Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required
- Previous experience within school settings strongly preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to organize, document, and manage a diverse caseload
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans (IEPs)
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services to students across various grade levels
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and administrators to tailor interventions and support student success
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports in accordance with district and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute as a key team member for student support
