Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Texas SLP licensure and Florida Licensure required (include an image of your license with your application)
- Experience collaborating within school settings, preferably serving middle or high school populations
- Capacity to handle a caseload of approximately 50-60 students
- Familiarity with the full scope of SLP responsibilities: providing direct therapy, conducting ARDs, leading assessments, and documentation
- Ability to pass district fingerprinting requirements (or have existing qualifying prints on file)
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to students, supporting IEP and educational goals
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations as needed
- Participate actively in ARD meetings and student support teams
- Maintain accurate, compliant documentation according to district standards
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to maximize student progress
