Speech-Language Pathologist Responsibilities
- Provide speech and language therapy services to students in grades K–4
- Support students with a variety of disabilities and communication needs
- Deliver services across multiple educational settings
- Conduct speech-language evaluations and assessments
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with district and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and educational planning
Caseload Size: To Be Determined (TBD)
Qualifications Required
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid Minnesota Department of Education (MDE) Speech-Language Pathologist credentials
- Eligibility to work in a Minnesota school setting
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred
- Previous school-based SLP experience
- Experience working with elementary-aged students
- Knowledge of special education services and IEP processes
