What We’re Looking For:
- Active and current Minnesota (MN) Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Experience working in school-based settings highly valued
- Background supporting students at the elementary, middle, and/or high school level
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
- Comfortable developing and executing individualized plans for students
- Passion for fostering student growth and nurturing a positive school environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique requirements
- Work closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
- Maintain detailed documentation on progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Contribute expertise as a resource for school staff and participate in team meetings
- Promote an inclusive, supportive atmosphere that empowers all students
