Elementary Middle School School Speech Language Pathologist - Duluth, Minnesota

Required Skills and Experience:
- Active Speech-Language Pathology licensure in Minnesota
- Prior experience working within a school environment is preferred
- Strong understanding of speech, language, and communication needs across K-12 populations
- Ability to adapt therapeutic strategies for students from diverse backgrounds and with varying abilities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and deliver evidence-based therapy services to students
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, special educators, and parents, to ensure each student’s success
- Provide direct intervention, consultation services, and monitor student progress toward established goals
- Document sessions and maintain accurate records in compliance with district and state requirements
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and support school initiatives to enhance student engagement and achievement
