High School Elementary School Speech Language Pathologist - Sauk Rapids, Minnesota

Support students’ communication growth in an engaging educational environment. This contract assignment offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams serving elementary, middle, and high school students. You’ll apply your expertise as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to help students achieve their academic and personal goals.
Qualifications:
- Active Minnesota SLP license required
- Previous school-based experience is highly preferred
- Familiarity supporting a range of student ages (elementary through high school)
- Strong communication skills for consultation with teachers, families, and staff
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student
- Organizational skills to track documentation, assessments, and progress
Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine students’ speech and language needs
- Design and deliver intervention services within a school-based setting across different age groups
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports in compliance with state and district guidelines
- Collaborate with educators, school psychologists, and special education teams to develop and adjust IEPs
- Communicate regularly with families regarding goals, progress, and strategies for support
- Provide consultations and in-service training to staff as needed
