Middle School Elementary Speech Language Pathologist in Minneapolis, MN

Qualifications and Experience:
- Required: Active Minnesota SLP license
- Prior school-based experience highly preferred
- Solid understanding of speech and language development for K-12 students
- Ability to effectively manage a diverse caseload across various ages and settings
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable providing both individual and group therapy sessions
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students’ educational goals
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to IEP meetings
- Cultivate a positive, inclusive environment where each learner feels empowered
- Support students in general education and special education settings as needed
