Elementary High School Speech Language Pathologist in Sartell, MN

Key Qualifications:
- Active and valid Minnesota SLP license (required)
- Previous experience in a K-12 school setting is highly valued
- Strong understanding of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students
- Deliver direct therapy sessions tailored to each student’s needs across elementary, middle, and high school grades
- Consult regularly with educators, staff, and parents to integrate strategies in classroom environments
- Maintain accurate progress records and contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) development and meetings
- Provide education and support for families and staff on speech-language best practices
