- Proven track record of implementing effective therapy strategies and developing individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Ability to adapt to varying school environments and engage positively with students and staff
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments across elementary, middle, and high school settings
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address individual student needs
- Participate in IEP meetings, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and families
- Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Educate staff and parents on strategies to reinforce language and communication skills
- Maintain detailed and compliant documentation
