Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP in Minnesota
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcomed
- Previous experience working within schools or a strong desire to support school-aged children
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to effectively manage a diverse caseload
Responsibilities Will Include:
- Conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering speech-language services to students in accordance with IEPs
- Collaborating with teachers, staff, and families to support student outcomes
- Maintaining accurate documentation and progress reports
- Participating in IEP meetings and school-based teams
- Providing training and support to staff regarding speech-language development
- Adapting interventions and materials to meet student needs
