Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) licensure or eligibility in Minnesota
- Accepting ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) and Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates
- Familiarity with supporting students in a school setting preferred
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, both with students and educational staff
- Strong organizational abilities and adaptability for school-based caseloads
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language needs
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments following school policies
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals in collaboration with educational teams
- Maintain accurate records and data for progress monitoring, compliance, and reporting
- Consult and collaborate with families, teachers, and other specialists to optimize student outcomes
