Desired Expertise:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current or eligible Minnesota licensure as an SLP
- SLP-CCC preferred; strong SLP-CFY candidates are also encouraged
- Previous experience in school settings providing IEP-driven therapy and documentation
- Familiarity with a variety of communication disorders and evidence-based intervention strategies
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and provide therapy services to a diverse student caseload
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student learning outcomes
- Document sessions, progress, and maintain compliance with state and local guidelines
- Participate in meetings and professional development as appropriate
