Qualifications & Skills:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current (or eligible) Minnesota SLP licensure
- Credentials as SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY
- Experience or strong interest in school-based practice
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Flexibility to adapt to varied caseloads and school cultures
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to students in K–12 settings
- Assess, diagnose, and develop effective treatment plans for speech, language, and communication disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Maintain detailed documentation and participate in IEP meetings
