Essential Qualifications:
- Active school certification for Speech-Language Pathology in the state (required)

- Prior experience in a school setting preferred, but not required
- Willingness to work onsite and engage fully with staff and students
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for referred students
- Develop and implement personalized therapy plans based on IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student success
- Document student progress and adapt interventions as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting for student achievement
- Offer guidance and resources to support classroom instruction regarding communication disorders
