Qualifications & Credentials:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current and active SLP license in Minnesota
- Minnesota school-based SLP certification is required
- Previous experience in school settings is highly desirable
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to create engaging and effective therapy plans tailored to individual student needs
- Commitment to onsite service; remote options are not available
Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and assessments for students referred for speech and language concerns
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Deliver direct therapy to students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain current, accurate records and provide progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
- Engage in ongoing professional development and training opportunities
