Pediatric School Speech Therapist | Minneapolis, Minnesota

Enjoy a manageable caseload of approximately 20 students, with most receiving 20 minutes of speech services twice weekly.
Bring your expertise or fresh perspectives—this role welcomes experienced SLPs as well as Clinical Fellows (CFs) eager to begin their journey. With a two-day-per-week schedule running from 8:00 to 12:45, you can maintain work-life balance while making a significant impact.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (CFs welcome to apply)
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is a plus, but not required
- Experience in pediatrics and/or school-based settings highly regarded
- Comfort with teletherapy platforms is beneficial
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations, develop IEP goals, and provide evidence-based speech-language services in a K-8 environment
- Deliver direct therapy sessions to a dedicated caseload, typically two sessions per student each week
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ academic and social growth
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and support required compliance standards
