Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) from ASHA
- Active state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience in school-based settings, preferably with early childhood special education (ECSE)
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy services for students in compliance with IEP goals
- Conduct evaluations, develop intervention plans, and maintain thorough documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to foster student progress
- Attend meetings and contribute to student support teams as required
- Offer insights for ongoing program improvements and participate in any summer assessments
