Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Clinical Certificate of Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience with K-8 students preferred, including assessment and intervention in a school setting
- Strong collaboration and communication abilities with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and deliver therapy to K-8 students
- Maintain timely and accurate student records and documentation
- Consult with educators and family members to ensure coordinated support for each learner
- Participate in team meetings, contribute professional expertise, and offer guidance regarding effective intervention strategies
- Adapt therapeutic approaches to meet the unique needs of each student, fostering their growth and confidence
