Desired Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure as an SLP (or eligibility to obtain)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), CFY candidates encouraged to apply
- Experience or willingness to work with pediatric K-8 populations
- Familiarity with IEP processes and school-based service delivery
- Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and other support staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for students in grades K-8
- Provide direct and consultative services based on students’ IEPs
- Maintain accurate therapy documentation and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
- Offer strategies and training for teachers and family members to support student goals
