Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Eden Prairie, Minnesota

This contracted opportunity is ideal for professionals with experience in school-based speech therapy, including those holding the CCC credential or completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
You’ll provide specialized speech, language, and communication interventions for a diverse caseload within a supportive educational environment. Scheduling consists of two days per week, totaling approximately 15 hours, allowing you to maintain a flexible work-life balance while providing high-quality services.
Key Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active Minnesota state SLP license (or eligibility)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong Clinical Fellows (CFY) welcome
- Prior experience with K-8 or pediatric caseloads in a school setting is highly valued
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for a diverse group of K-8 students
- Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals and progress reports
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other allied professionals to support student success
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of services and student outcomes
- Contribute to team meetings and participate in ongoing professional development
