School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist - Eden Prairie, Minnesota

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Valid state license to practice as an SLP
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Familiarity with early childhood and ECSE populations is a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans in accordance with IEP goals
- Collaborate with educators, families, and related service professionals
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided
- Participate in IEP meetings and team consultations
- Provide clear communication and support for families and staff
