- Comfortable working with mild to moderate inclusion caseloads
- Commitment to evidence-based practices and individualized support
- Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and integrate feedback for continual growth
Position Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy for students in inclusion classrooms
- Develop and implement IEPs tailored to each student's needs
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to set and monitor progress goals
- Maintain timely and accurate records of interventions, progress, and required documentation
- Participate in team meetings and professional development set within a supportive atmosphere
- Contribute proactively to the positive, student-centered culture of the school
