Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid CCC-SLP credential or eligibility; SLP-CFY candidates encouraged to apply
- Previous experience in school-based settings or pediatric populations preferred
- Proficiency in conducting evaluations, delivering IEP-based therapy, and participating in PPT meetings
- Comfort with in-person and teletherapy modalities a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Commitment to supporting diverse student needs and collaborating with staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for K-2 students
- Develop, implement, and document individualized IEP services tailored to student goals
- Actively participate in PPT meetings with educators and families to review progress and update plans
- Deliver engaging therapy sessions, utilizing creative strategies both in-person and virtually as needed
- Collaborate with the on-site SLP team and school professionals to ensure a cohesive support system
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to a welcoming, student-centered learning atmosphere
