Make a difference in the lives of young learners by joining a dedicated school-based team as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist. This contract opportunity supports K-2 students and is available immediately through the end of the school year. Help shape student success in a well-resourced environment alongside a collaborative SLP group, working Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch.
Desired Qualifications:
- Active SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or current Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in school settings
- Skill in administering evaluations, delivering IEP-related services, and participating in PPT meetings
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms is a plus, though not required
- Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language assessments and therapy to students in grades K-2
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and parents
- Participate in PPT meetings, contributing expertise to individual student progress planning
- Maintain accurate and timely records of student progress and required documentation
- Collaborate daily with 1.5 other SLPs on campus, sharing caseload management and support
