Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Middleton, WI

Qualifications:
- Hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Possess state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
- Hold ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or be a Clinical Fellow (CFY)
- Experience working with pediatric populations in schools is highly valued
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide intervention for students with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
- Collaborate closely with classroom teachers, special education staff, and families to create supportive and inclusive learning environments
- Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
- Remain current with best practices and compliance regulations for speech therapy in educational settings
