Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current or eligible state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFY) strongly encouraged to apply
- Prior school-based experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and encouraging learning environment
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech, language, and communication services for an elementary caseload
- Develop, implement, and update IEPs and therapy plans
- Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to promote student success
- Conduct assessments, maintain documentation, and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
- Contribute to positive and engaging school culture
