Desired Skills and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
- Valid state licensure or eligibility
- CCC-SLP preferred, but strong Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are welcome and considered
- School-based or pediatric experience a plus
- Ability to develop and implement IEPs
- Team player with exceptional communication skills
- Compassionate, organized, and adaptable to dynamic environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy tailored to elementary student needs
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and maintain detailed documentation
- Develop and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
- Offer inclusive, evidence-based interventions to maximize student success
