Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, though strong Clinical Fellows (CF) are also encouraged to apply
- School-based or pediatric experience is highly valued
- Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders among diverse student populations
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on assessments and IEP goals
- Provide direct and consultative services to students in individual and group settings
- Maintain ongoing documentation, progress monitoring, and detailed records in compliance with school and legal standards

- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
