Qualifications:
- Hold a current Wisconsin SLP license
- Possess Wisconsin DPI certification
- Demonstrated experience in school-based SLP services preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt quickly working in multiple district settings
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educational teams
- Document progress and maintain accurate reports in accordance with district and legal guidelines
- Consult and train teachers, staff, and families on supporting students’ communication needs
- Travel between two assigned districts as needed
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, inclusive school community
