Qualifications:
- Valid Wisconsin Speech-Language Pathologist license required
- Current Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction (DPI) certification required
- Experience in school-based settings preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy to a diverse caseload of students in two school districts
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students’ needs and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, parents, and other professionals
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and document required information per district and state guidelines
- Provide progress updates and educational support to families and staff as needed
- Participate in relevant meetings, including IEP development and team consultations
