Essential Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA required
- Experience in pediatric and school-based settings preferred
- Valid license to practice as an SLP in Massachusetts (or eligibility to obtain)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to K-12 students as outlined in IEPs
- Conduct assessments, develop intervention plans, and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families for optimal student support
- Document services, maintain records, and prepare required reports
