Key Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Valid SLP license or eligibility for Massachusetts licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Experience working with pediatric and school-aged populations preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and provide direct therapeutic services to K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Maintain detailed progress notes and participate in regular IEP meetings
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to foster student success
- Adapt therapy techniques to meet diverse learning needs
