Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for Massachusetts
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; open to Clinical Fellows (CFs)
- School-based SLP experience is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to 10 – 14 students (10-14 hours weekly)
- Deliver 2 – 4 hours of indirect support and case management
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals in collaboration with educational teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress updates
- Partner with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
