Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Massachusetts SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- SLP-CCC or SLP-CF credentials welcome
- Strong clinical skills in assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Confidence collaborating with teachers, specialists, and families
Core responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and diagnostic assessments for students with diverse speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals
- Deliver evidence-based speech and language interventions in individual and group settings
- Consult with educators to support communication strategies in the classroom
- Maintain clear documentation and communicate progress to families and school teams
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and school-based professional development
